The temple ofAmun at Medinet Habu is a major archaeological site located on the west bank of the Nile, near Luxor. This temple bears witness to the splendor of New Kingdom Egypt and offers valuable insight into the history and religious beliefs of the time.
Built mainly by Ramses III, this temple dedicated to the god Amun was also used by other pharaohs for religious ceremonies and funerary rituals.
Visitors will be able to admire the richly decorated columns and bas-reliefs depicting Egyptian pharaohs, gods and mythological scenes.
